Verified access · separate refresh
Retrieved: 2026-10-27T09:55:10-04:00 · America/New_York.
The original 2026-10-24 report stopped at an unapproved connector request. On 2026-10-27, Passport reports memory open, GitHub (private repos) linked, and an existing permanent pass for this app to read github-private / projects.items. Successful reads verify that access now works. No new grant, reconnect or settings change was required; the time the pass was approved is unknown.
The 14 conversation entries, archive flags, conclusions, next actions and local checkout snapshots below retain the original 2026-10-24 baseline. They were not reread for 2026-10-27. Use the separate Passport refresh for returned issue/PR states; reconcile historical next actions before resuming work.
These are bounded keyword-search results (up to 50 rows per query), filtered to the six report repositories and deduplicated by source URL. Some searches returned cross-repository matches and two repo-qualified searches returned no matches. Coverage is not exhaustive. Only titles, source URLs and open/closed states were returned: closed does not establish merged, and draft status, exact head, CI, reviews, releases and tags remain unverified by this refresh.
PR #4 is open and PR #3 is closed in the returned data. The connector does not expose draft or merged flags, so the original merge/draft descriptions remain historical conversation evidence.
Later records include closed PR #13 (bounded notifications, briefs and release skills), closed PR #18 (4.3.2 documentation reconciliation), and closed issues #16/#17. The original 4.2.x next actions are historical and need reconciliation before reuse. Titles mentioning releases do not verify publication or tags.
Later records include closed PR #7 (financial ledger, debug logging and a live five-model shootout) and closed documentation issues #8/#11/#12. The original planned comparison/install-guide next actions need reconciliation with these records; titles alone do not verify delivery or acceptance.
The connector returned open project-sync issues #26/#27 and closed PR #12. This confirms item states only; it supplies no Phase 10 grant, staging evidence or provider acceptance.
PR #20 is open and issue #28 is open. Draft state, current head, CI and review outcomes were not returned. Original handoff details remain historical evidence.
The keyword query askai ran successfully and returned no matches. This does not prove the repository has no issues or pull requests.
This is a local configuration work stream with no GitHub repository inventory in scope.

Dashdia, Igloo v2 and Bark were the rough top three by recorded parent/delegated work volume, not elapsed time.
Daily focus → business assessments. 0.2.10 delivered; 0.2.11 planned, with a draft PR and no product implementation.
Open Dashdia →Release history, audit and skill design. Reconcile root files first; publish-only igloo-release remains proposed for 4.3.0.
Open Igloo v2 →Catalog/settings and release delivery. v0.2.0 publication read back in the conversation; comparison and install guidance remain planned.
Open Bark →Phase 10 feasibility and staging boundary. Approval worksheet is DRAFT / NOT APPROVED; live staging has not been accepted.
Open IVR →PR #20 documentation handoff. Docs repaired and checked; PR #20 was open/draft in the conversation snapshot.
Open Ortui →Shell alias cleanup. Alias removed and launchers verified; an existing shell may still need unalias askai.
Open AskAI →Local agent policy. Explicit model/effort and bounded stall recovery added to local agent guidance.
Open Codex config →Reading the report
Active / Archived records the thread-store archive flag. It does not describe a project’s operational status.
Concluded / Not concluded describes the assistant’s last response or recorded state. An archived thread can be incomplete, and an active thread can have concluded.
Scope and privacy
The window covers local dates 2026-10-17 through 2026-10-24 inclusive, for Codex main threads active during the past seven days. Subagent and reviewer work is folded into its parent conversation.
No raw thread UUIDs or full transcripts are reproduced. Codex configuration is local only, with no GitHub inventory.
