The original 2026-10-24 report stopped at an unapproved connector request. On 2026-10-27, Passport reports memory open, GitHub (private repos) linked, and an existing permanent pass for this app to read github-private / projects.items. Successful reads verify that access now works. No new grant, reconnect or settings change was required; the time the pass was approved is unknown.

Local grant preparation and preservation/reconciliation work can proceed. Live staging and provider traffic remain blocked by the missing populated, approved grant. PR #13’s staging sequence is a conversation snapshot.
The required grant was missing at 00905bf. Created PHASE10.md with DRAFT / NOT APPROVED status and handed off the explicit staging blocker. No live staging was performed.
