Project Report #5 • What did Talanov work on using Codex? • 2026-10-20 → 2026-10-27
PingWing — Serialized flight storytelling, ADS-B telemetry & Constructivist art dispatches.
Initialized full repo (25 commits) and tracked Flight N4-318 across 21 live comments in Issue #1; generated 8 Constructivist posters ($0.088) and dispatched Emails #08–#15 + Ghost Flight errata.
Mission & Commercial Positioning
What PingWing Is
PingWing (an Igloo Interactive venture) transforms anxious, utilitarian flight tracking into a serialized, high-engagement media experience for families, travelers, and VIP charter concierges. Instead of sterile gate texts, PingWing dispatches pure nested-table HTML emails with CID inline Constructivist regional artwork, cockpit-grade ADS-B telemetry, dual-clock normalization (EDT/KEJ/MSK), and historical micro-dossiers of landmarks below ($4.99/flight consumer tier or white-label B2B executive travel SaaS).
Commercial Rationale (94/100)
High-engagement serialized flight storytelling ($4.99/flight consumer pass or VIP executive aviation concierge SaaS).
Current Milestone (As of Oct 27)
Initialized the complete PingWing platform (25 commits on main at 50c6326) and executed the live Nordwind Airlines Flight N4-318 trial tracked in Issue #1 (21 operational comments). Generated 8 custom Soviet Constructivist regional banners via OpenRouter Image API ($0.088 total verified cost in OPENROUTER_IMAGE_COSTS.md), built a T-3min Russian factual verification daemon, dispatched live Emails #08–#15 via Resend API, and handled the timezone 'Ghost Flight' incident with humorous corporate retractions (ERRATA #999 & #1000 Toaster Dumbass Edition + Asimov penance essays).
