What Igloo-Notify & Halp Is
igloo-notify is a zero-token, deterministic remote notification and command bridge for autonomous AI coding agents (Codex, Antigravity, Crush, Ori). Using ntfy.sh topics with base62 entropy and bidirectional Twilio SMS, it lets operators receive task completion alerts and reply from their phone to unblock agents without burning LLM polling tokens. Paired with the halp operations workspace, it also dispatches daily SMS cost digests across Twilio, OpenRouter, and Google Cloud.
