Most people lose a document. Kirill developed an ecosystem in which documents can lose one another. Someone eventually had to conduct a census.

The 28 October 2026 inventory counted 1,064 report files across 16 silos. That is a historical inventory, not a productivity score. The report’s actual job is to expose duplication and make the useful work findable.
