Telephony & AI Control Plane Synthesis
A comprehensive retrospective and architectural blueprint spanning SemVer 0.1.0 through 0.6.0. Documents the end-to-end evolution of Igloo Interactive's telephony infrastructure across outbound AMD voice follow-ups, reverse-ordered multi-turn SMS qualification, Callvex adversarial acoustic red-teaming, and the automated two-stage SLA escalation ladder.

Outbound Lead Follow-Up Voice IVR
Designed to automatically call back prospective clients who dropped off or left an unaddressed lead. Features full Answering Machine Detection (AMD): if a carrier voicemail is detected, the engine hangs up immediately to prevent leaving robotic voice clips on automated mailboxes. If a human answers, ElevenLabs Charlie delivers an engaging intro and collects speech details.

Instead of generic open-ended texts, the system qualifies incoming leads through a structured, multi-turn state machine in reverse order: Contact Channel → Technical Issue → Client & Emergency Status. Uses a 5-minute per-turn TTL backed by Twilio Sync to prevent zombie sessions.

callvex/audio/live_demo_recording.mp34. Two-Stage SLA Escalation Ladder & Owner Claim
Guarantees zero dropped inbound leads through automated time-gated customer follow-ups and frictionless owner overrides.
Customer calls or texts 437/888. Ladder document initialized in Sync. Immediate SMS alert dispatched to Talanov with one-tap claim syntax.
If unclaimed, automated SMS sent to customer: "I'm sorry nobody has reached out to you in the last 10 minutes... are you still available?"
If still unclaimed & unreplied, Twilio dials customer from +1 437, plays apologetic follow-up MP3, and re-opens recording.
At any point within the 10m or 15m window, Talanov can text either the 437 or 888 number from his registered mobile:
The inbound parser matches flexible digit formats (hyphens, spaces, parens, E.164), normalizes NANP codes, sets ladder.claimed = true in Twilio Sync, disarms the ladder forever, and texts confirmation back to Talanov.
5. Operational Command Reference
python3 talanov-igloo-ivr/scripts/call-lead.py +14164743182
Dials mobile from +1 437 with AMD enabled; plays Charlie intro; records message after beep.
python3 talanov-igloo-ivr/scripts/text-lead.py +14164743182
Initializes Sync document and sends Turn 1 lead qualification message from +1 437.
python3 talanov-igloo-ivr/scripts/check-ladder.py +14164743182
Queries Twilio Sync to inspect elapsed time, claim status, and trigger history.
python3 talanov-igloo-ivr/scripts/check-ladder.py +14164743182 --force stage1
Manually triggers Stage 1 (SMS) or Stage 2 (Voice) without waiting for 10m/15m timers.
