What if the caller is the problem?

Some callers ask for opening hours. Others try to talk the assistant out of its own instructions. This report concerns the latter. The switchboard would like a quiet afternoon, please.

This companion report documents adversarial telephony testing. The useful question is which boundaries held and where they failed. A collection of tests is evidence to inspect, not a universal guarantee of safety.
